I have really enjoyed the blog! Cindi and Gayla you are both doing an excellent job and any Bevier citizen or former citizen will surely enjoy looking at this frequently. I check it every about every day to see if there are any updates. The tribute to Mr. "B" is wonderful. Such a terrific man and an inspiration to all of the students and colleagues.
So many fond memories of growing up in Bevier, I can remember a lot of the older buildings in town. Living in the Yocum Boarding House was so much fun!!! Remember Jimmie Jones' Drug store?? He had everything you would want, also Hunter's store, sure didn't need to go out of town to get anything.
My Dad driving the gas truck and then being able to get gas for 25¢ a gallon I was sure able to do a lot of running around in the '36 four door Dodge!!!
