Upcoming Events

Don't forget to attend the Black Diamond Rummage Sale this Friday and Saturday at the Black Diamond Building from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The proceeds from this event will go toward painting the Black Diamond Building in downtown Bevier.
Mmmmm.... brace yourselves for a delicious event! Bevier Sesquicentennial Committee will offer a Chocolate Fest Bake Sale at the Black Diamond Building on May 10th from 10 o'clock a.m. until sold out. Sounds fabulous, doesn't it?
And then brace yourselves for a real treat in downtown Bevier on June 22nd when the citizens of Bevier can attend an Italian Festival. Featured in the event will be food, wine, music and games.
Then at last it will be time for the big event itself: The Sesquicentennial Celebration will run October 3rd, 4th, and 5th all over the town of Bevier. One featured event during the celebration will be the tea and style show to be held on October 5th at the school.
The Sesquicentennial celebration will have its opening ceremony a5 o'clock p.m. with a dedication of the school bell. Speakers will follow and a musical presentation by Black Diamond Jubilee at the park from 8 to 10 o'clock. Saturday will feature a quilt show, a historic tour of the town, kid's day, a car show, rock and roll day, cemetery theater, fireworks, and entertainment. More details of this once in a lifetime event will follow. Just be sure to mark your calendars and plan to be in town for the whole party.
